COMMUNITIES / DALLAS–FORT WORTH

North of the grid.
South of ordinary.

A small annual pipeline lets us stay close to each lot, architect, superintendent and buyer. Current work clusters around established intown neighborhoods rather than speculative sprawl.

ABOUT / THE BUILDER

Small volume.
Close control.

Arden Row Homes is a Dallas–Fort Worth residential builder completing five to six homes a year. The operating model is deliberately narrow: fewer starts, direct superintendent oversight and a written specification before framing begins.

Our typical build carries 2×6 exterior walls, R-38 attic insulation, low-E glazing and a 10-year insured structural warranty. The details change by neighborhood. The control points do not.

We do not sell a catalogue. We sell a sequence of decisions that survives inspection.

Approximately 8 to 10 months from permit release to certificate of occupancy, depending on municipality, inspections and material lead times.

Yes, when the plans can be reconciled with our construction standards and the lot’s actual conditions. We review them before contract pricing.

Base construction, standard selections, permit allowances and contracted site work. Furniture, lender costs and non-standard owner selections are excluded unless written into the agreement.

A 1-year workmanship, 2-year systems and 10-year structural warranty package is provided through the contracted warranty program.
